How do I receive my order?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post, we offer standard and express shipping.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Our dispatch days are Monday - Friday. However if you select 'Priority dispatch' in our shipping options we will dispatch this on the same day if you order by 10am - The method of shipping available is standard or Express.
- Australia Standard (2-7 days after dispatch) Express (1-4 days after dispatch)
- New Zealand Stand (4-10 days after dispatch) Express (2-5 days after dispatch)
- Overseas Standard (4-12 days after dispatch)

*Please note Australia Post may have their own delays at peak times.


Do you offer afterpay? 
Yes we do for Australian orders. 
Simply follow afterpay instructions at the checkout.

(Afterpay offers a distinct alternative to traditional credit cards by providing an interest-free payment plan that divides the cost of purchases into four instalments, over 6 weeks.)


What is your return policy?
